What Accounting Platforms Does GenieWise Support?

Can GenieWise Reconcile International Transactions?

YES!

The way GenieWise will handle this is by analysing previously reconciled transactions for said supplier, it will review the sent invoice (with the original amount) then scan the bank feed for similar transactions. At first it will prompt you to confirm if it's found the correct transaction. Then as time goes on, it will learn the amounts charged, and be able to accurately reconcile as time goes on.

Will GenieWise Start Reconciling Transactions Straight Away?

Not straight away. Based on our experience, when we tested this function straight away, it caused many errors.

This is why we have a learing period of a couple of months. We want you to train your GenieWise AI helper and make sure the information it's learning is correct. After 2-3 months, you will have the ability to turn Auto Reconcile on. It's important to note, this is simply matching bills and invoices in the bank feed. This is NOT autoupdating bill piece.

Can GenieWise Automatically Update My Bills/Invoices?

At this stage - No.

And we have done this intentionally. We still a human to check and review the suggestions GenieWise is making on each bill it updates. Because if GenieWise incorrectly updates a bill, assigns the wrong account or changes the GST account, this could cost you tens of thousands of dollars. We don't want that.

For the Bill Matching step, we always want humans to have the final say.

This still saves you time, what would take you 1-2 minutes per bill to manually fill out, now takes 5 seconds. GenieWise does all the heavy lifting and has you simply accept or reject.

Is my data safe?

Security is the number one priority for us here at GenieWise.

Rest assured that your data is NOT being used or processed on Public AI models like Microsoft CoPilot or ChatGPT.

Every client that onboards with GenieWise get their own individual AI bot allocated to them.

We do not share information between clients. This may result in a little more training, but it's small price to pay knowing your data is not used to train other AI bots.

Where is my data stored?

While you're using GenieWise, your data is stored and processed on cloud servers in Australia only. We do not send your data offshore to be processed in other countries. As we expand, we will give users the ability to choose their data region.

But for now, as this is will be launched in Australia, your data will only be processed in Australia.
